One English Winter London, 1948. Georgie has recently arrived in England from Jamaica. In a letter home to his sweetheart Vonnie, Georgie details his experiences and impressions, as he seeks housing, finds a job, and tries to get used to English food. Georgie would like Vonnie to join him in London for a spell, before they return to Jamaica and settle for good. Yet will one English winter become something much more?
